What is FormBuilder?
FormBuilder is a custom form creation system that enables you to build forms, add fields, collect responses, and automatically create records in modules (Sales, Lead, Contract, etc.) from form submissions.

How to Access
Step 1: Navigate to FormBuilder
- Log in to your dashboard
- In the sidebar, click Form Builder
- You'll see the Forms list
💡 Tip: If you don't see Form Builder in your sidebar, contact your admin to enable it for your workspace.
Quick Start (5 Minutes)
Create Your First Form
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Click Form Builder in the sidebar |
| 2 | Click + Create |
| 3 | Enter Form Name: Contact Form |
| 4 | Set Status: Active |
| 5 | Click Save |
| 6 | Click on the form to open it |
| 7 | Click + Add Field |
| 8 | Select Field Type: Text |
| 9 | Enter Field Name: Name |
| 10 | Click Save |
| 11 | Repeat for more fields (Email, Message, etc.) |
Result: Your form is created and ready to share via public URL.
