Q: What is Side Menu Builder?
It allows administrators to customize the sidebar navigation for their workspace.
Q: Will changes affect all users?
Yes, menu changes apply to all users in the workspace based on their role and permissions.
Customization Questions
Q: Can I add custom links?
Currently the builder works with existing Custojo modules. Custom external links require development.
Q: How do I reset to default?
Look for "Reset to Default" button in the Menu Builder settings.
Q: Can different roles have different menus?
Menu visibility is controlled by role permissions. Items users can't access won't appear regardless of menu settings.
Troubleshooting
Q: Changes not saving
- Check you have admin permissions
- Clear browser cache
- Try again
Q: Menu items missing
- Check if module is enabled
- Verify user has permission
- Check item isn't hidden in builder
