Q: Who can access Internal Knowledge?
Internal Knowledge is available at the Company/Workspace level. Users with appropriate permissions can create, view, and manage knowledge content.
Books
Q: What is a Book?
A Book is a container for organizing related articles. Think of it as a category or folder—examples include "Company Policies", "Onboarding Guide", or "Product Documentation".
Q: How do I create a Book?
- Go to Books
- Click + Create
- Enter title and description
- Save

Q: Can I share a Book externally?
Yes! Generate a public link using the Share action. Anyone with the link can view the book without logging in.
Articles
Q: What content types can I use?
- Document — Text-based content
- Mindmap — Visual diagram

Articles are organized under Books. Select a parent book when creating an article.
Q: Can I duplicate an article?
Yes! Use the Duplicate action to copy an existing article.

- Go to Mindmap
- Create a main node (central idea)

My Articles
Q: What is "My Articles"?
My Articles is your personal knowledge space. Articles you create here are private by default and not shared with the team.
Q: Can I share a personal article?
You can copy the link and share it, or move the article to a public book.
Views
Q: What views are available?
- List View — Traditional list format
- Grid View — Visual gallery (icons/thumbnails)
Q: How do I switch views?
Use the view toggle buttons or access:
