This guide shows you how to convert a quote to a sales order once the customer has approved it.

Step-by-Step
Step 1: Open the Quote
- Go to Sales → Quotes
- Find the approved quote
- Click on the quote to open it
Step 2: Convert to Order
- Click the Convert button (or Convert to Order)
- Review the order details
- Confirm conversion
Step 3: Review Order
- The order is created with all quote items
- You can edit order details if needed
- Order status is set to "Open"
What Happens After Conversion?
- All quote items are copied to the order
- Order is linked to the original quote
- Order is linked to the account and opportunity
- You can now Create an Invoice from the order
