Setup Questions

Q: How do I get WooCommerce API keys?

  1. WordPress Admin → WooCommerce → Settings
  2. Advanced tab → REST API
  3. Add key → Set Read/Write permissions
  4. Copy Consumer Key and Secret

Q: What permissions do I need?

Read/Write permissions for orders, customers, and products.


Troubleshooting

Q: Sync failed with error

Check:

  • API credentials are correct
  • WooCommerce REST API is enabled
  • Store URL is accessible
  • Permalinks are not set to "Plain"

Q: Orders not syncing

  1. Verify module is connected
  2. Check sync is enabled
  3. Try manual sync
