How to Create an Article
Time: 2 minutes Result: New knowledge article created
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to Articles
- In the sidebar, click Knowledge
- Select Articles
Step 2: Click Create
- Click the + Create button
- The article form opens
Step 3: Fill Article Details

Step 4: Save
- Review your article
- Click Save
- Article is created under the selected book
Result
✅ Article is created and visible in the selected book.
