What is Consultancy?
Consultancy is a complete management solution for consultancy businesses. It helps you:
- Manage Clients — Store client profiles with unique application IDs
- Configure Services — Set up your service offerings with pricing and required documents
- Track Documents — Process and store client documents securely
- Handle Payments — Generate receipts and track payment status
- Capture Inquiries — Convert leads into clients with inquiry management
How to Access Consultancy
- Log in to your Custojo dashboard
- In the sidebar, look for Consultancy section
- You'll see these options:
- Customers
- Services
- Documents
- Receipts
- Inquiries
- Tracking
First Steps
Step 1: Set Up Your Services
Before adding clients, define the services you offer:
- Go to Consultancy → Services
- Click + Create
- Enter service name, description, and pricing
- Define required documents for this service
- Save
Step 2: Add Your First Customer
- Go to Consultancy → Customers
- Click + Create
- Fill in customer details (name, contact, etc.)
- Select the service they're applying for
- Upload required documents
- Save — A unique Application ID is generated
Step 3: Track Progress
- Use Tracking to monitor application status
- View Receipts for payment history
- Check Inquiries for new leads
