Customers

Q: How do I create a customer?

  1. Go to Consultancy → Customers
  2. Click + Create
  3. Fill in details and select a service
  4. Upload required documents
  5. Save

Q: What is an Application ID?

An Application ID is a unique identifier automatically generated for each customer. It helps you track and reference customer applications.

Q: Can I assign multiple agents to one customer?

Currently, one agent can be assigned per customer. You can change the assigned agent at any time.

  1. Go to Consultancy → Services
  2. Click + Create
  3. Enter name, description, and pricing

Payments

Receipts are automatically generated when a customer submits an application. They include service charges and payment details.

Yes, you can customize receipt templates to match your business branding.

Documents
