How to Configure Service Documents

Steps

Step 1: Navigate to Services

  1. In the sidebar, click Consultancy
  2. Select Services

Step 2: Edit Service

  1. Find the service you want to configure
  2. Click Edit from the actions menu

Step 3: Add Required Documents

  1. Scroll to the Required Documents section
  2. Click + Add Document
  3. Enter document name (e.g., "ID Proof", "Address Proof")
  4. Add more as needed

Step 4: Save

  1. Review document list
  2. Click Save

Result

✅ When customers select this service, they'll be prompted to upload the required documents.


Tips

  • Use clear document names customers will understand
  • Common documents: ID proof, address proof, photos, certificates
  • Documents can be made optional or required
