Account and profile
TL;DR: Manage your personal account from your profile (usually via your name or avatar in the top bar).
Where to find it
- Click your name or avatar (top right).
- Choose Profile, Account, or Settings (wording may vary).
What you can do
- Profile information – Name, email, phone, avatar.
- Password – Change password (you may need your current password).
- Notifications – Email or in-app notification preferences.
- Preferences – Language, timezone, date format (if the app supports it).
- Security – Two-factor authentication (2FA) if enabled by your admin (e.g. Google Authentication module).
Workspace vs account
- Account – Your login and personal settings (one per person).
- Workspace – The company/team you’re in; each workspace can have different modules and members. Your role is per workspace.
