Steps

Step 1: Navigate to Articles

1. In the sidebar, click Knowledge
2. Select Articles

Step 2: Find the Article

1. Locate the article to duplicate
2. Click on actions menu

Step 3: Click Duplicate

1. Select Duplicate from menu
2. A copy is created
