General Questions

Q: What are Appointments?

A: Appointments is a scheduling system that lets you create appointment types, set your availability, and allow customers to book appointments through a public form. You can manage all bookings from your dashboard.


Q: Can customers book without logging in?

A: Yes! Customers can book appointments through the public booking form without creating an account. They just need the appointment link.


Q: How do I share my appointment booking link?

A:

  1. Create an appointment type
  2. Click the Copy Link button
  3. Share the link with customers via email, website, or social media

Booking Questions

Q: How do customers book an appointment?

A:

  1. Customer clicks your appointment link
  2. Sees available time slots
  3. Selects date and time
  4. Fills in name, email, phone (and any custom questions)
  5. Submits booking
  6. Receives confirmation email

Q: Can I set different hours for different days?

A: Yes! When creating an appointment type, you can set availability hours for each selected week day separately.


Troubleshooting

Q: Why don't I see available time slots?

A: Make sure you've:

  1. Created an appointment type
  2. Selected week days
  3. Configured appointment hours in /appointments-hours
  4. Enabled the appointment
