What is Slack Integration?
Slack integration sends Custojo events to your Slack workspace. Get notified about:
- New invoices
- Task updates
- Team events
- Important alerts
Prerequisites
- ✅ Slack module enabled on your plan
- ✅ Slack workspace access
- ✅ Admin has configured Slack webhook
Quick Start
Step 1: Admin Setup (One-time)
Your administrator must:
- Create Slack incoming webhook
- Configure webhook URL in settings
- Select notification events
Step 2: Receive Notifications
Once configured, notifications appear automatically in your designated Slack channel.
