Prerequisites
⚠️ Before You Begin: Rotas works best with these prerequisites.

💡 Note: Rotas can work standalone, but HRM module provides better employee management and designation-based scheduling features.
How to Access
Step 1: Navigate to Rotas
- Log in to your dashboard
- In the sidebar, click Rotas (or go to HR → Rotas)
- You'll see the Rotas dashboard
💡 Tip: If you don't see Rotas, contact your admin to enable it for your workspace.
Quick Start (5 Minutes)
Create Your First Rota Schedule
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Go to Rotas → Dashboard |
| 2 | Select a week |
| 3 | Click on a day/time slot |
| 4 | Select Employee (if HRM enabled) |
| 5 | Set Start Time: 09:00 |
| 6 | Set End Time: 17:00 |
| 7 | Set Break Time: 60 (minutes) |
| 8 | Add Notes (optional) |
| 9 | Click Save |
| 10 | Repeat for other days/shifts |
| 11 | Click Publish Week |
Result: Your rota schedule is created and published to employees.
