Getting Started with SMS
TL;DR: Send SMS text messages to customers and team members directly from Custojo.
What is SMS Integration?
SMS integration allows sending text messages for:
- Invoice reminders
- Appointment notifications
- Payment confirmations
- Custom alerts
Prerequisites
- ✅ SMS module enabled
- ✅ SMS provider configured (Twilio, etc.)
- ✅ Phone numbers registered
Quick Start
Step 1: Admin Setup
Your administrator must:
- Configure SMS provider credentials
- Set up sender phone number
- Enable SMS for your plan
Step 2: Sending SMS
Messages are sent automatically based on triggers:
- Invoice due → SMS reminder
- Appointment → SMS confirmation
