How to Assign Agent to Customer

Steps

Step 1: Navigate to Customers

  1. In the sidebar, click Consultancy
  2. Select Customers

Step 2: Find the Customer

  1. Locate the customer in the list
  2. Use search or filters if needed

Step 3: Click Assign Agent

  1. Click on the customer row or actions menu
  2. Select Assign Agent
  3. A modal opens with available agents

Step 4: Select Agent

  1. Choose an agent from the dropdown
  2. Review the selection
  3. Click Save

Result

✅ Agent is now assigned to the customer and will receive notifications about this application.


Tips

  • Agents are shown based on their skills and availability
  • You can change the assigned agent at any time
  • The customer's activity log will show the assignment
