How to Assign Agent to Customer

Steps
Step 1: Navigate to Customers
- In the sidebar, click Consultancy
- Select Customers
Step 2: Find the Customer
- Locate the customer in the list
- Use search or filters if needed
Step 3: Click Assign Agent
- Click on the customer row or actions menu
- Select Assign Agent
- A modal opens with available agents
Step 4: Select Agent
- Choose an agent from the dropdown
- Review the selection
- Click Save
Result
✅ Agent is now assigned to the customer and will receive notifications about this application.
Tips
- Agents are shown based on their skills and availability
- You can change the assigned agent at any time
- The customer's activity log will show the assignment
