How to Delete a Meeting

Steps

Step 1: Navigate to Zoom Meeting

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Click Zoom Meeting in the sidebar

Step 2: Find the Meeting

Locate the meeting you want to delete in the list.

Step 3: Click Delete

  1. Click the Actions menu (⋮) on the meeting row
  2. Select Delete
  3. Confirm deletion when prompted

Important Notes

  • Deleted meetings cannot be recovered
  • Participants are not automatically notified
  • Consider notifying participants before deleting
