Overview
This guide shows you how to edit an existing contract. You can update any field including subject, value, dates, and notes.
Step-by-Step
Step 1: Find the Contract
- Go to Sales/CRM → Contracts
- Locate the contract you want to edit
- Use search or filters if needed
Step 2: Open Edit Mode
Option A: Click directly on the contract row
Option B: Click the ⋮ (three-dot) menu → Edit
Step 3: Make Changes
- Update any fields you need to change
- All fields are editable:
- Subject
- User/Client
- Contract Type
- Value
- Start Date
- End Date
- Notes
Step 4: Save
- Click Update or Save
- Your changes are saved immediately
- You'll see a success message
