Steps

Step 1: Navigate to Books

  1. In the sidebar, click Knowledge
  2. Select Books

Step 2: Find the Book

  1. Locate the book you want to share
  2. Click on actions menu

Step 3: Get Share Link

  1. Select Share or Copy Link
  2. Public link is generated
  3. Link is copied to clipboard

Result

✅ Anyone with the link can view the book without logging in.

Tips

  • Shared links are read-only
  • Share with external stakeholders, clients, or partners
  • Remove or regenerate link to revoke access
