How to Create a Customer

Time: 2 minutes Result: New customer with unique Application ID


Prerequisites

  • At least one Service must be configured
  • Required documents ready (if applicable)

Steps

Step 1: Navigate to Customers

  1. In the sidebar, click Consultancy
  2. Select Customers

Step 2: Click Create

  1. Click the + Create button (top right)
  2. The customer form opens

Step 3: Fill Customer Details

Field Description Required
Name Customer full name
Email Contact email
Phone Contact number Optional
Service Select from your services
Notes Additional information Optional

Step 4: Upload Documents

  1. If the selected service requires documents, upload them
  2. Click Choose File for each required document
  3. Supported formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC

Step 5: Save

  1. Review all information
  2. Click Save
  3. A unique Application ID is automatically generated

Result

✅ Customer is created with:

  • Unique Application ID
  • Linked to selected service
  • Documents attached
  • Ready for agent assignment

Troubleshooting

Q: I can't select a service? A: First create at least one service in Consultancy → Services

Q: Document upload fails? A: Check file size (max 10MB) and format (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC)
