How to Create a Customer
Time: 2 minutes Result: New customer with unique Application ID
Prerequisites
- At least one Service must be configured
- Required documents ready (if applicable)
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to Customers
- In the sidebar, click Consultancy
- Select Customers
Step 2: Click Create
- Click the + Create button (top right)
- The customer form opens
Step 3: Fill Customer Details

| Phone | Contact number | Optional |
| Service | Select from your services | ✅ |
| Notes | Additional information | Optional |
Step 4: Upload Documents
- If the selected service requires documents, upload them
- Click Choose File for each required document
- Supported formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC
Step 5: Save
- Review all information
- Click Save
- A unique Application ID is automatically generated
Result
✅ Customer is created with:
- Unique Application ID
- Linked to selected service
- Documents attached
- Ready for agent assignment
