Navigation and menu

TL;DR: Use the sidebar (left) for main sections and the top bar for profile, workspace switcher, and quick actions.


Main navigation

  • Sidebar (left) – Main app menu. Items depend on:
    • Your role (admin vs member)
    • Enabled modules for your workspace (e.g. Contract, Sales, Documents, Support)
    • Any custom menu built by your admin (e.g. Side Menu Builder module)
  • Top bar – Usually includes:
    • Logo or app name (often links to dashboard/home)
    • Search (if enabled)
    • Workspace switcher (if you have multiple workspaces)
    • Notifications
    • Profile (your name/avatar) → Profile, settings, logout

Finding a feature

  1. Check the sidebar for the section (e.g. Sales, Contract, Support).
  2. If you don’t see a section, that module may be disabled for your workspace – ask your admin.
  3. Use search (if available) for quick jump to pages.

Public vs logged-in

  • Public pages (e.g. marketing site, pricing, login) – Often under the main domain; no sidebar.
  • Logged-in app – Sidebar and top bar appear; you see only what your role and enabled modules allow.
