What are Support Tickets?
Support Tickets is a customer support management system that helps you receive, track, and resolve customer support requests. Create tickets, assign them to team members, track status, and maintain a complete conversation history.

- ✓ Track ticket status (Open, In Progress, Answered, Closed)

How to Access
Step 1: Navigate to Support Tickets
- Log in to your dashboard
- In the sidebar, click Support Ticket or Tickets
- You'll see the Support Ticket dashboard
💡 Tip: If you don't see Support Tickets in your sidebar, contact your admin to enable it for your workspace.
Step 2: Explore the Dashboard
The Support Ticket dashboard shows:
- Total tickets by status
- Recent tickets
- Ticket statistics
- Quick access to create new tickets
Quick Start (5 Minutes)
Create Your First Ticket
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Click Support Ticket in the sidebar |
| 2 | Click + Create or Create Ticket |
| 3 | Select account type: Staff, Client, Vendor, or Custom |
| 4 | Fill in: Subject, Category, Status, Description |
| 5 | Add attachments if needed |
| 6 | Click Save |

- Subject: Login issue reported
- Category: Technical (or create new category)
- Status: Open
- Description: Customer unable to log in to dashboard
