How to Respond to an Inquiry

Steps

Step 1: Navigate to Inquiries

  1. In the sidebar, click Consultancy
  2. Select Inquiries

Step 2: Find the Inquiry

  1. View list of inquiries (sorted by newest)
  2. Filter by status (Open/Closed) if needed
  3. Click on the inquiry to open

Step 3: Review Details

  1. Read the inquiry content
  2. Note the service they're interested in
  3. Check contact information

Step 4: Send Response

  1. Use the built-in messaging tool
  2. Type your response
  3. Click Send

Step 5: Update Status (Optional)

  1. If resolved, mark as Closed
  2. If converting, click Create Customer to start an application

Result

✅ Response sent and inquiry status updated.
