How to Respond to an Inquiry

Steps
Step 1: Navigate to Inquiries
- In the sidebar, click Consultancy
- Select Inquiries
Step 2: Find the Inquiry
- View list of inquiries (sorted by newest)
- Filter by status (Open/Closed) if needed
- Click on the inquiry to open
Step 3: Review Details
- Read the inquiry content
- Note the service they're interested in
- Check contact information
Step 4: Send Response
- Use the built-in messaging tool
- Type your response
- Click Send
Step 5: Update Status (Optional)
- If resolved, mark as Closed
- If converting, click Create Customer to start an application
Result
✅ Response sent and inquiry status updated.
