What is Zoom Meeting?
Zoom Meeting brings video conferencing into Custojo. Schedule meetings, invite participants, and join calls—all from one place.

Prerequisites
Before using Zoom Meeting:
- ✅ Zoom Meeting module enabled on your plan
- ✅ Admin has configured Zoom API credentials
- ✅ You have permission to create meetings
Quick Start
Step 1: Access Zoom Meeting
- Log in to your dashboard
- Click Zoom Meeting in the sidebar
Step 2: Create Your First Meeting
- Click + Create button
- Fill in meeting details:
- Title — Meeting name
- Date & Time — When to meet
- Duration — How long
- Participants — Who to invite
- Click Save
Step 3: Join a Meeting
- Click the Join button on any scheduled meeting
- Opens Zoom in your browser or app
