What is Zoom Meeting?

Zoom Meeting brings video conferencing into Custojo. Schedule meetings, invite participants, and join calls—all from one place.

Perfect for:

  • Team meetings
  • Client calls
  • Job interviews
  • Performance reviews

Prerequisites

Before using Zoom Meeting:

  1. ✅ Zoom Meeting module enabled on your plan
  2. ✅ Admin has configured Zoom API credentials
  3. ✅ You have permission to create meetings

Quick Start

Step 1: Access Zoom Meeting

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Click Zoom Meeting in the sidebar

Step 2: Create Your First Meeting

  1. Click + Create button
  2. Fill in meeting details:
    • Title — Meeting name
    • Date & Time — When to meet
    • Duration — How long
    • Participants — Who to invite
  3. Click Save

Step 3: Join a Meeting

  • Click the Join button on any scheduled meeting
  • Opens Zoom in your browser or app
