What is Feedback?
Feedback is a feedback collection system that enables you to gather ratings and comments from users, customers, or employees. Create feedback templates, share public URLs, and track all feedback in one place.

How to Access
Step 1: Navigate to Feedback
- Log in to your dashboard
- In the sidebar, click Feedback
- You'll see the Feedback Templates list
💡 Tip: If you don't see Feedback, contact your admin to enable it for your workspace.
Quick Start (5 Minutes)
Create Your First Feedback Template

| 1 | Click Feedback in the sidebar |
| 2 | Click + Create |
| 3 | Enter Template Name: Customer Satisfaction Survey |
| 4 | Select Module (optional): General |
| 5 | Click Save |
| 6 | Copy the feedback URL |
| 7 | Share URL with users/customers |
Result: Your feedback template is created and ready to collect feedback.
