How to Access

Step 1: Navigate to Feedback

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. In the sidebar, click Feedback
  3. You'll see the Feedback Templates list

💡 Tip: If you don't see Feedback, contact your admin to enable it for your workspace.


Quick Start (5 Minutes)

Create Your First Feedback Template

Step Action
1 Click Feedback in the sidebar
2 Click + Create
3 Enter Template Name: Customer Satisfaction Survey
4 Select Module (optional): General
5 Click Save
6 Copy the feedback URL
7 Share URL with users/customers

Result: Your feedback template is created and ready to collect feedback.
