CMMS is a comprehensive maintenance management system that helps you manage all aspects of equipment maintenance. Create work orders, track maintenance tasks, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage suppliers and purchase orders.

💡 Don't have components yet? Create components first in Components section. Work orders are linked to components that need maintenance.
How to Access
Step 1: Navigate to CMMS
- Log in to your dashboard
- In the sidebar, click CMMS
- You'll see CMMS options (Work Orders, Components, Suppliers, etc.)
💡 Tip: If you don't see CMMS in your sidebar, contact your admin to enable it for your workspace.
Quick Start (5 Minutes)
Create Your First Work Order
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Go to CMMS → Components → + Create (create component first) |
| 2 | Enter Component Name: HVAC Unit 1 |
| 3 | Click Save |
| 4 | Go to CMMS → Work Orders → + Create |
| 5 | Enter Work Order Name: HVAC Maintenance |
| 6 | Select Component: HVAC Unit 1 |
| 7 | Set Priority: Medium |
| 8 | Set Status: Open |
| 9 | Set Date and Time |
| 10 | Click Save |
Result: Your work order is created and appears in the work orders list.
