Prerequisites

⚠️ Before You Begin: Performance requires these prerequisites.

Prerequisite	Status	Notes
HRM Module	[ ] Enabled	Required - Performance depends on HRM
Employees Created	[ ] Complete	At least one employee must exist in HRM

💡 Don't have HRM enabled? Contact your admin to enable the HRM module first. Performance cannot work without employees from the HRM module.

How to Access

Step 1: Navigate to Performance

Log in to your dashboard
In the sidebar, go to HR → Performance
You'll see Performance options (Indicators, Appraisals, Goal Tracking)

💡 Tip: If you don't see Performance, contact your admin to enable it for your workspace and ensure HRM is enabled.

Quick Start (5 Minutes)

Create Your First Performance Indicator

Step	Action
1	Go to HR → Performance → Indicators
2	Click + Create
3	Select Designation
4	Set rating criteria
5	Click Save

Result: Indicator created for conducting appraisals.
