What are Appointments?
Appointments is a scheduling system that helps you manage appointment bookings. Create appointment types, set your availability, and share a booking link with customers. They can book appointments without logging in, and you can manage all bookings from your dashboard.

- ✓ Set availability by week days and hours
- ✓ Share booking links with customers
- ✓ View all bookings in calendar view
- ✓ Manage appointment schedules
- ✓ Collect additional information via questions
- ✓ Handle callback requests
- ✓ Collect feedback after appointments
How to Access
Step 1: Navigate to Appointments
- Log in to your dashboard
- In the sidebar, click Appointment
- You'll see the Appointment dashboard
💡 Tip: If you don't see Appointments in your sidebar, contact your admin to enable it for your workspace.
Quick Start (5 Minutes)
Create Your First Appointment Type

| 1 | Click Appointment in the sidebar |
| 2 | Click + Create |
| 3 | Enter Appointment Name: Consultation |
| 4 | Select Type: Free or Paid |
| 5 | Select Week Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday |
| 6 | Set Duration: 30 minutes |
| 7 | Enable: Yes |
| 8 | Click Save |
| 9 | Copy the booking link and share with customers |
Result: Customers can now book appointments using the shared link.
