What is Workflow?
Workflow is an automation system that enables you to create automated workflows that trigger actions when events occur. Automate notifications, data processing, and integrations to save time and reduce manual work.
What you can do:
- ✓ Create automated workflows
- ✓ Trigger on module events (Invoice Created, Lead Created, etc.)
- ✓ Send automated emails
- ✓ Call webhooks
- ✓ Send Slack notifications
- ✓ Send Telegram messages
- ✓ Send SMS via Twilio
- ✓ Set conditional workflows
Prerequisites
⚠️ Before You Begin: Workflow works best with these prerequisites.

💡 Note: You can create workflows without integrations, but actions like email require SMTP, and Slack/Telegram/Twilio require their respective credentials.
How to Access
Step 1: Navigate to Workflow
- Log in to your dashboard
- In the sidebar, click Workflow
- You'll see the Workflows list
💡 Tip: If you don't see Workflow in your sidebar, contact your admin to enable it for your workspace.
Quick Start (5 Minutes)
Create Your First Workflow

| 1 | Click Workflow in the sidebar |
| 2 | Click + Create |
| 3 | Enter Workflow Name: Notify on Invoice Created |
| 4 | Select Event: Invoice Created (or your module event) |
| 5 | Select Action: Email |
| 6 | Configure Email: Select staff or enter email address |
| 7 | Enter Message (optional) |
| 8 | Click Save |
Result: Your workflow is active and will trigger when the event occurs.
